Print Front to back worksheet (upside down)

I have a two page worksheet that i want to print on one page front and back. That is not the problem. My problem is...Is there a way to print the second page of the worksheet so it is upside down on the back of the first page so you can flip the page vertically?

I understand how to use page breaks on a single sheet to print front to back, I am trying to figure out how to print sheet 2 to the back of sheet 1 etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!
Jessica

First and best option, if your printer has duplexing capability, then go to
File|print|Properties and look for the option to print 2-sided.

Print your document. Then flip it upside down and add one blank piece of
paper to the top of the pile. Print the document again, and then sort
through the pages. Note: Make sure your pages are numbered, or your going
to have a real headache on your hands.

I have several excel worksheets created and I need to print each worksheet so
they are double sided. example worksheet 1 and 2 print on one page front to
back. worksheet 3 and 4 print on one page front to back.

I have an Excel schedule that my employees are using. I want to be able to
print half the schedule right to left on the top half of a page and upside
down on the bottom half of a page. The reason for doing this is to provide a
pocket size chart that my employees can carry around after the printout is
folded.

How can I turn the text inside the Text Box upside down?

Example, I want to put in text "ABCDEFG" into the text box, but I want to
rotate it to 180 degree, to make it upside down.

Hi,
I have a print routine
With objSheet.PageSetup
.LeftHeader = ""
.CenterHeader = ""
.RightHeader = ""
.LeftFooter = ""
.CenterFooter = "Page &P of &N"
.RightFooter = "RUN DATE&D"

etc.
I want to know the property through which the excel pages will not print back to back.As of now I have to explicitly go into Page settings in excel and set print on both sides to NONE.

Can anybody please help me on this.

Thankyou.

Occasionally it's useful to have text upside-down in Word or Excel,
especially when it is an answer to a question or test. The current solution
of converting the text to a graphic just so it can be turned upside-down is
fiddly, and Publisher is not an option.

Format -> Text Direction... -> Orientation would be better in Word if it had
upside-down as an option.

Format Cells -> Alignment -> Orientation would be better in Excel with a
full 360 degrees to rotate the text.

I have never had a troubleshooting problem, but this one has baffled me. I
have two simple worksheets, and I am having the worst trouble printing each
worksheet front and back (2 sided). I will set the printing options to 2
sided, make sure it's printing the 'entire workbook', and it still comes out
on seperate pages. Any suggestions?

hi,
this is a printer option not an excel option. technically all excel does is
send the data. click the options button in page setup. this will display the
options of your default printer. if your printer has such an option, you can
set it here. if your printer does not have this option, then excel cannot do
what your printer is physically incapable of doing.

I am creating a spreadsheet that will be folded in half, put on a clipboard,
and used in flight.. Most used data is on the right side of the form, less
used on the left.

I want to be able to just fold the document back, while in the clipboard, to
access the less used data. To do this, I need to print he left side
normally, and the right side upside down.

I could print both sides normally, cut it in half, rotate the right side and
have it photocopied, but I thought I would ask if there is a way to set it up
via excel.

I can not get excel to print on front and back of a page. I tried setting it
to duplex printing but that did not work. If there is not a way to do it
then can I only print odd and even pages. If so then how?

I have a report in Excel that is driven by a drop down box where I make a selection and it populates the worksheet based on that selection. I have about 17 possible selections in this drop down box.

Is there a macro that will just allow a user to press print once and all 17 selections will print without them having to select the drop down 17 times?

Thanks!!

I want to create a macro that I can assign to a button that will automatically mulitple (but not all of) worksheets. I need it to print 10 copies, print front and back, and have it stapled. My printer is capable to doing all of that. How do I write a macro that will do it automatically?

We have 50 worksheets in an Excel file. I would like to provide a drop down
box or something of that nature for the user to select and automatically take
them to the worksheet. Is there a way to do that? Is there also a way for
the user to get back?

Hi, I have an excel 2007 document that is made of multiple worksheets - graphs and spreadsheets.
When I ask it to be printed back to back on an HP LaserJet 1320tn, it can do the spreadsheets back to back, but not the graphs.
Any idea why?

Many thanks for your time!

I am trying to copy the print settings(including the headers and footers) for one excel worksheet to another. I have found the following hint on internet and it works fine for copying the print setting(including the head/foot) but it is also grouping the worksheets. Click on the tab of the worksheet you want to copy. Then hold down the Shift or Ctrl key and click on the tab of the worksheet where you want the settings and click on File, Page Setup and OK. How can I just copy the print setting without grouping the worksheets?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

I'm trying to print my landscape sheet from excel "upside down" or at an 180 degree angle. This is because when printing this and other sheets that are portrait the landscape one comes out the wrong direction with the top of the landscape sheet facing left instead of right.

Is there any way to fix this via excel / vba?

Thanks.

Hi. I use Excel to make file tabs for our vertical file cabinet. I create
an entire sheet, which we then cut out.

I type the label names in the second, fourth, sixth, etc row, and link to
those labels in the first, third, fifth, etc row. (so that I don't need to
type twice)

I leave the two duplicated labels attached, and fold it over, to have the
text printed on both sides (so that you can read the labels no matter which
side you approach the cabinet from). The only problem is that the text on
one side is now upside down.

The text rotation option will only let you rotate 90° in either direction -
how do I rotate 180°?

I'm an excel noob here and I tried searching but sometimes if you don't know what search terms to use finding an answer can be hard.

How can I use a drop down box to select a name that corresponds to a worksheet with the same name (preferably without macros, because I don't know how to use them)?

I'll give an example just in case my question is not clear.

I have 10 sales reps, each with their own worksheet. I have another worksheet that I need to use to be able to print out a daily goal for each individual sales rep (information is pulled from the corresponding reps worksheet). I currently have a drop down box with a list of sales reps in it (each name also matches their corresponding worksheet), I have formulas that need to be able to reference that sales reps worksheet (without having to create multiple daily goal worksheets).
How can I get the name selected in the drop down box to use the corresponding worksheet to be used when calculating formulas?

Thanks!

I want to print 100 pages of a word file. I want to print two pages per sheet. I also want to use the front and back of the sheet. First i want to print odd pages (front of sheet) and then even pages (back of sheet). However when I do that the printed back of the sheet is upside down with respect to the printed front of the sheet. How to prevent this upside down problem?

Hi folks, I have spreadsheets emailed to me that have multiple worksheets, made up of graphs and tables. When I ask the application to print back to back, on an HPLaserjet 1320tn it does do the tables back to back, but not the graphs. Is there a way to print the graphs back to back? Many thanks

I have an Excel Workbook which has several Worksheets. I want to print them back to back. How should I do it? Thanks in advance.

Hello,

How can I modify the code below so that the image that is inserted is sent to the back.

The issue I have is that the image I'm inserting is a floor plan. I then run this macro again from a different button to insert symbols that I want to place on the floor plan. Everything works great except when I go to print it. The way it currently stands when I print I only have the floor plan printing. The only way I can get the symbols to print is if I delete the floor plan. I've tried manually sending the floor plan to the back and bringing the symbols to the front but they still wont print. I've looked at the properties of both and confirmed that they are set to print. So I'm not entirely sure if it's a simple "Send To Back" issue or if there's a larger problem here.

	VB:

 InsertFloorPlan()

    Dim sPicture As String, pic As Picture

    sPicture = Application.GetOpenFilename _
    ("Pictures (*.gif; *.jpg; *.bmp; *.tif; *.pdf; *.dwf), *.gif; *.jpg; *.bmp;
    *.tif; *.pdf; *.dwf", _
    , "Select Picture to Import")

    If sPicture = "False" Then Exit Sub

    Set pic = ActiveSheet.Pictures.Insert(sPicture)
    With pic
        .ShapeRange.LockAspectRatio = msoFalse
        .Height = Range("a7:a45").Height
        .Width = Range("a7:i7").Width
        .Top = Range("a7").Top
        .Left = Range("a7").Left
        .Placement = xlMoveAndSize
    End With

    Set pic = Nothing

End Sub
