A co-worker recorded a print macro in one of my workbooks. It is of no value
(the workbook is only 3 pages and there is no need for a macro). Besides,
the macro won't run because of the security setting on the workstation. I am
trying to delete the macro because the dialogue box that explains why it
can't run is annoying. I follow the Help directions and go to
Tools/macro/macros/this workbook and highlight the macro but the only
available buttons are "Run", "Cancel" and "Step into". The "Delete" button
is greyed out. How do I delete this thing?

TIA,
MG

First and best option, if your printer has duplexing capability, then go to
File|print|Properties and look for the option to print 2-sided.

Print your document. Then flip it upside down and add one blank piece of
paper to the top of the pile. Print the document again, and then sort
through the pages. Note: Make sure your pages are numbered, or your going
to have a real headache on your hands.

How do I activate the sort function again. Any ideas?

I made a spreadsheet that is 6 pages long. However, I accidently set
something on the down arrow and scrolled down a LOT. Now, the spreadsheet
still takes up only 6 pages, but when i print the document, it shows that it
is 50 pages long! I know how to go in and limit my printing to pages 1-6, but
other people have access to this document, and I don't want them to end up
with 50 pages of empty cells if they're not paying enough attention. How can
I delete these extra pages?

Hi-
I found some instruction using the Help files. Go into MS Excel, choose the
-?- (Help icon). Search using the word 'hours'. In the results, there is an
article called 'Calculate the difference between two times' (Help > Date
and Time Formulas)

Hopefully you can find what you are looking for here. An excerpt reads:
++++++++++

Calculate the difference between two times

Let's say you want find out how long it takes for an employee to complete an
assembly line operation or a fast food order to be processed at peak hours.
There are several ways to calculate the difference between two times.

What do you want to do?
- Present the result in the standard time format (hours : minutes : seconds)
- Present the result in a total based on one time unit (120 minutes)
