HELP!! How do I get rid Defined Names using VB

How can I use VB to get rid of defined names in excel. I also have some weird defined names that have shown up in my spreedsheet. Example (0AP) as you can see, they have two or three squares in front of the name but it will not allow me to delete them when I go into the menu.

Any Help would be great.

PLEASE HELP!!
I am using the following formula:
=SUM(D4:D20)/(SUMPRODUCT((D4:D200)*1))

This returns the average of certain desired cells EVEN IF IT CONTAINS A ZERO OR NO VALUE but if there is NOTHING in any of the cells in the range I get #DIV/0!
any idea why and how do I get rid of it?

I'm using the new Office 2004 for the Mac and first, I hate it! But, how do I

How do I get rid of all the hidden apostrophes poplating every cell with
data, text and numeric?

When I receive and email with a spread sheet attached the screen is shows a
split screen. How do I get rid of the split screen on the spread sheet. So
in the future the screen is not split.

One day I opened up excel and it had all these marks for formating in my
form. This also happened in word. How do I get rid of them?

The tool bar is taking up too much screen space. I can get by with much less
tool bar then this version insists on giving me. How do I get rid of, hide
or minimize the tool bar. I would like these to be drop down windows from
the quick access bar.

How do I get rid of the box showing 'fill down' options after I fill

In Excel 2003 when I drag a cell down filling a bunch of cells with its contents, I end up with an annoying flag right in the middle of the area that I'm working and the only why I've found to get rid of it is to hit sort. This is a very unsatisfactory temporary solution. How do I get rid of this drag fill in flag?

When row autofit is on, I get a lot of extra white space above or below text
in the cell with the most text. How do I get rid of it without manually
adjusting every row?

I have several spreadsheets that when I click the upper left hand box to
apply formatting to the whold document such as shows outlines, my document
will print out and then I'll have several pages that are blanket with just
the outlines printing. I have one document that is 5 pages and when I apply
formatting to whole document, 1400 blanks will print out. How do I get rid of

#/DIV/0!, how do i get it to return 0

In Excel, If I format a cell with date and time and enter =today( )
I get the correct current date and a time of 12:00 AM
Never the current time. How do I get the current time?
If I enter =NOW( ) I get the correct current time.

I would like to know how to count text and numbers on a column. I have about
70 names in a column and next to them I keep track of how many hours they
were present for meetings and I have 'assist' if they were out. How do I get
excel to add up the numbers plus the word assist? Can someone please help?

I have a huge workbook and somehow I saved 2 identical copies in the same
file. The file name changed to New Vendor Schedule Master Version 2.xls:1
and New Vendor Schedule Master Version 2.xls:2. When I look at my file name
in the folder, it's only listed as New Vendor Schedule Master Version 2.xls.

I tried to delete one sheet at a time in 1 of them but whatever I did in 1
workbook, also happens in the other workbook. I don't have compare side by
side on that I know of. How do I get rid of one of them?

VB.NET , Excel 2003 to do so.I want to know how do i get the names of the
sheets present in a workbook and would like to know is there is any way to
identify the column names in a worksheet??????

I have a spreadsheet that changes daily and needs to save the file
differently each day. The program wont allow you to "save as" then paste
something like the date as the file name. How do I get the macro to change
the filename each time it needs to save. This can be by and increment of say
1?
